Sweet and Spicy Chicken
500 gram Chicken Thigh-skinned and boned
2 tbs Rapeseed oil
1 tbs Thai red curry paste
1 tbs Fish sauce
1 tbs Sugar
5 tsp Honey
-Put the chicken, Thai red curry paste, fish sauce and sugar into the mixing bowl. Fold all the ingredients together and marinate overnight or at least 3 hours.
– When you are ready to cook. Add the rapeseed oil on the marinated chicken.
– Preheat the oven to 200 Celsius.
– Heat the griddle pan on the hob, make sure the pan is very hot. Place the marinated chicken on the griddle pan and cook for approx 1 minute on each side.
-Transfer the semi-cooked chicken on the baking tray. Drizzle with honey and bake for 15-20 minutes.
-Serve this easy and delicious Sweet and Spicy chicken with salad, Thai jasmine rice, put it in the wrap or burger buns. The choice is endless.
