Spaghetti Kee Mow
100 gram Pancetta
2 clove Garlic-finely chopped
1 tbs Chopped red chilli
1 tbs Rapeseed oil
1 tbs Oyster sauce
1/2 tsp Dark soy sauce
1/2 tsp Sugar
20 leaves Basil
– Cook the spaghetti according to the instruction on the package.
-While waiting for spaghetti to cook. Put the oil in the other pan and fry the pancetta until cooked and crispy.
– Add the garlic and chilli into the same pan, gently fry for approx 1-2 minutes.
– Add the cooked spaghetti, oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar and stir until the ingredients combined.
-Lastly, add the basil leaves and gently fold and serve immediately.
– Spaghetti Kee Mow can be quite spicy for some, adjust the red chilli accordingly.
