200g. Pork and prawn mixture
2-3leafs. Little gems lettuce
2slices Buffalo tomato
1 Brioche bun
1 tbs Coconut oil
1 squeeze Sriracha sauce (optional)
2-3sliced Pickle beetroot (optional)
-Roll the pork and prawn mixture to tennis ball size , then flatten
-Put the coconut oil in the pan, then fry the burger until golden brown in colour on each side.
-Transfer the burger to non stick baking tray , put it in the oven at 200 Fahrenheit
for approx 15 -20minutes.
-Assemble the lettuce, tomato, cooked burger , a bit of Sriracha sauce and
pickled beetroot. That is it…Enjoy!
