-Put the salt on the flat plate.
-Run the lime wedge around the edge of the glass. This is the easiest way to dampen the edge with the lime juice.
-Turn the glass upside down and dip in the rim of your glass. The salt should set around the glass nicely.
-Put the mango, lime juice, caster sugar, 50 ml of soda water and ice cubes in an electric blender. Blend until all the ingredients become smooth.
-Add the rest of the soda water and blend for a just few seconds further.
-Pour this lovely and velvety Mango Margarita into the prepared glass and enjoy.
-I would recommend an electric blender that has got at least 500 W and above for the velvety Mango Margarita.
-You can replace mango with strawberry or pineapple too.
