Serve:1-2
Ingredient: 
200 gram.          Pork steak-thinly sliced 
2tbs.                    Coconut oil
3.                          Garlic clove-finely chopped 
1/2tbs.                 Fish sauce
1tsp.                     Dark soy sauce
1tsp.                     Ground black pepper 
1/2tsp.                 Sugar
1/2tbs.                 Water
1.                           Spring onion-sliced 
1 tsp.                     Sesame seed

Method

-Put the coconut oil and garlic in the pan. Fry until the garlic become slightly golden in colour.

-Add the pork into the pan. Stir until the pork is semi cooked.

-Add the fish sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar and black pepper.

-Stir until the pork is cooked and turns into the caramel colour. Please be careful as we  don’t want garlic to get burnt.

-Put the water then stir all ingredients well together.

-Transfer onto the serving plate. Scatter the spring onion and sesame seeds on the top.
