1and 1/2 Banana sliced
2-3 squeeze Honey
1 pinch Salt
150ml Coconut milk
1and 1/2tbs Coconut oil
-Gently heat coconut milk in the pot , in goes sugar mix well . Then add salt keep checking and stirring until the mixture becomes slightly thicken.
-Heat coconut oil in the pan , lay banana slices carefully , then squeeze the honey all over the top side . Turn banana slices one by one.
-Wait until the glazed bottom side started to caramelised to golden brown colour. Drizzle honey on top pale side , then flip the banana slices over.
-Check and make sure that both sides are golden brown but not burnt It should be a sheer caramelised glazed on each slices.
– Tranfer banana slices on serving dish.
– Drizzle the coconut milk over banana and enjoy.
