Easy Thai recipes

Smoked Salmon Sushi

Serve: 1

Ingredients for sushi:

100gram                  Cooked sushi rice

1/4tsp                       Mirin

1/4tsp                       Rice vinegar

1/2                             Ripened avocado-Sliced thinly

1 pinch                      Salt

1 pinch                      Sugar

4 slices                      Sushi ginger

4 slices                      Smoked salmon

1/4tsp                        Lemon juice

Ingredient for wasabi cream cheese:

1tbs                            Cream cheese

1/2tsp                         Mirin

1/4tsp                         Wasabi

1pinch                         Salt

Method

-Put the cream cheese, mirin, wasabi and salt in a small bowl then mix well.

-Put an aluminium kitchen ring onto a plate. Then assemble the ingredients from the bottom to the top. I layered sushi rice at the bottom followed by the avocado slices, wasabi cream cheese, rice, sliced sushi ginger, wasabi cream cheese, avocado slices and on the top  the smoked salmon.

-Drizzle the lemon juice on top.

– Serve this Smoked Salmon Sushi  with light soy sauce and enjoy.

Tips:

If you are  a wasabi fan, I would recommend you to mix it with the soy sauce dipper. Not to  add it in the cream cheese.

-Replace the smoked salmon with crispy katsu pork or chicken. If you are not keen on fish

– No the rice vinegar in the cupboard! Don’t worry ,the white wine vinegar or cider vinegar are just fine.
